The SA-057 Group is located on the coast of Colonia Departament and is formed by some small islands, in the Rio de la Plata.
There are 2 Islands Groups, Hornos and Lopez , and another isolated islands in front of Colonia- The Hornos Group is formated by three small islands called Hornos Oeste, Este and Hornos del Medio. The other group is Lopez Oeste and Este.-- The biggest island on this zone is San Gabriel, located in front of Colonia City (an old and small, but beautiful City founded by Manuel Lobo in 1680) considered Historic City by Unesco.- Another three small Islands form the SA-057 group: Farallón Island, Timoteo Dominguez Isl. and Juncal.-
